This level takes a closer look at the operational side of procurement. It’s a step up in content from level 4 that builds on your learning.

CIPS Level 5 Advanced Diploma in procurement and supply

Designed to give you the knowledge and skills needed to take your learning and career to the next level, the CIPS Level 5 Advanced Diploma is ideal for those currently working in a senior or management role. This course formalises student’s skills, develops professional status, and is the next step in obtaining MCIPS.

On completion of this level you can expect to improve your overall organisational procurement and supply performance to fulfil your organisational objectives.

You must have achieved the CIPS Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply.

CIPS Level 5 exams

CIPS Level 5 is assessed with 2 x 3-hour essay exams and 6 x 1.5-hour multi-choice exams. Exams are held 5 times a year and available at our Kamloops location or online.

    • Direct company funded students can pay in full, or in 2 or 4 split payments.
    • Self-funding students can spread the fees over 10 instalments.

  • Once you achieve CIPS Level 3 you can move on to CIPS Level 4! You can carry on all the way up to Level 6 with us if you’d like to.

  • CIPS exams are held 5 times a year in March, May, July, September, and November and are available in physical locations as well as online.
